Do you think newborns are cute? My wife and I are debating. I think kids grow into cuteness... Most are alien looking at birth. She disagrees.

I agree. They grow into it. There’s a certain cuteness to their facial expressions and their uncoordinated movements, from birth
My grandpa was a pastor so he had encounters with lots of new mothers. If the baby was ugly (as some definitely are), he’d say “that’s some baby” so as not to lie. 😂

At least half of them look like old men and most of the rest look like potatoes. Most kids are born with a face only their mother could love and grow into cuteness.

No you are correct! They don’t look cute at birth especially some that have been squeezed out of a small opening that has also squished their heads.
