Just when I had started hearing good things about Vietnam.
Is there no escape?
Probably only to parts of the 3rd world, so decisions have to be made.
There a few reasons one would really need to be an ultra billionaire but being able to take my mega yacht out to international waters surrounded by private security so I could live free would be one.
