That literally happens every year after your birthday. It's called counting by ones.
And in epoch changes when calendars are reset?
Like a mass consensus event where people recognize a phase shift....and declare a new calendar?
Only if your birthday is before today in the current year.
Age is simply a number...and not a state of mind.
