That I do. But I use a push-up plank as it helps with form & stability, plus you just move the handles & do your sets. Full upper body workout, pecs, triceps, shoulder & back at least. 
That push-up plank is a really good idea ๐ฅ
Constantly second guessing my form, especially abdominals/back

Itโs vital yo. I see youโre doing a lot of walks as well. I need to get back into that ASAP.
If I had this when I started getting back into being healthy a few months ago Iโd be insanely shredded & body weight strong right now ๐
