That I do. But I use a push-up plank as it helps with form & stability, plus you just move the handles & do your sets. Full upper body workout, pecs, triceps, shoulder & back at least.

If I had this when I started getting back into being healthy a few months ago Iโ€™d be insanely shredded & body weight strong right now ๐Ÿ˜…
