Lol, please explain for the uneducated

More nutrients and vitamines per gram.

In the top ten of the most nutrients/vitamins per gram is no fruit or vegetable to find.

Because plant material consists mostly water.

I've heard anecdotes from vegans that literally match the anecdotes I've hears from keto/carnivores. It's mind boggling 😂

Yes. Imo.

Why? It's not a problem to eat more mass, or tbp to eat food thst weighs more.
