Starting the day on a sweet note with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and a strong cup of coffee. I wish #nostr had a scented feature so you’d be able to smell these freshly baked ones in my kitchen!

Tried a new recipe this time and letting the dough mature in the fridge overnight (highly recommend—it makes all the difference!).

The cookies spread evenly, with a perfectly chewy center and just the right crunch on the edges. Flavor-wise, they’re rich with vanilla, a hint of honey, and the smoothest finish by far—I’m still figuring out what gives them that dreamy landing.

It’s a grey, cloudy morning, but these cookies and coffee are shining bright, melting away the blues. A delicious way to start the day!
