Bitcoin by a mile - if Apple had never made the iPhone something else similar would have been available in a few months. Several were working on almost identical designs. Apple executed well, did a great job on the software, and got theirs out first - kudos to them but it may have take centuries if not longer for someone else to figure out Bitcoin.
