Damn, so much for the easy fix. Something you could try is a full manual erase and re-flash of the ESP32 via USB and CLI. Make sure the ESP32 is configured properly for your hardware. All the relevant stuff is here: https://github.com/skot/ESP-Miner

On an older FW version, I did have one get "stuck" and doing that helped. I don't know if something gets corrupted, or magic gremlins, or whatever, but it fixed the strange behavior.

Just another thought...I have had one occasionally lose its voltage and frequency settings. Double check in the web console that those didn't get screwed up. When mine did it, they were just blank. Added them back in and everything went back to normal.
