If you do have a hobby, I'd love to hear what it is, and what difference it makes in your life!

Mine is playing guitar. It makes me listen to music more attentively, it grounds me in the physical world, it makes me stretch my creative muscles, and it keeps me humble by presenting new challenges.

Writing music for me. Been too long. I also love chatting philosophy/theology over whiskey and a cigar or pipe. Four-wheeling and camp fires out on the family farm are also great
