Thx. 🫂 Was able to negotiate cheaper rent at the new place, landlord seems chill and the new place has nice walking areas and a bike storage area...so happy about that...

But the actual apartment doesn't have any of the upgrades that my current rental does ...so I'll adjust to the new asthetics.
