This is such an important topic. You want to call some emotions bad because they make you feel bad. And when they make you feel bad its up to you to turn on the good emotions again. They are not automatic and have to be induced. I use yoga and meditation with my clients to help them learn how to navigate their emotional psyche. I love that you posted this !
Yes maam, it is extremely important! Identifying our feelings and learning how to encounter, experience and express them in safe ways is crucial in our growth & development. I dont think we can necessarily turn them "on or off" as feelings are contingent upon experiences and situations. Like feeling sadness when we experience a loss. Meditation is one way to explore our psyche and that’s wonderful that you are invested in their well being! Thanx for sharing fren! 💜🫂✨
