Free speech is a worthy goal but how do you protect people from hate speech, bullying, racism, violent and sexual content?
I do see nostr gaining massive adoption but I can see problems ahead.

Probably 2nd layers above nostr that run on the base protocol, where you can have all the trust and safety board scolds that you like. Meanwhile, the fun people just learn to use the block button and shit it up at layer 1.
But let's not kid ourselves that this hand-wronging is about protecting other people. It's anxiety over the fact that somewhere, someone is enjoying their life and thoughts and speech, unfettered by People Who Know What Is Best
