DaisyDisk for macOS is really good utility tool for finding large files on your computer and cleaning up your storage – I've been using it for years.

I also use Gemini alongside DaisyDisk to find duplicate files when doing cleanups

I just had to found a similar software on Linux and a good one is Baobab Disk Manager, free and open source of course. You have the same chart as on your screenshot but I didn't use it, just browse folder by larget first and clean up from larger to smaller until I reach an acceptable enough size to keep the remaining files in my archives.
