So I tore my Gluteus medius tendon by doing insane leg days multiple times a week. Weight was low but insane intensity. Was eating 7 meals a day and i noticed crazy growth.

Was being too aggressive which would be cool at 17 but not at 46. All good, I know my limits now and will calibrate.

Keep pushing and never skip leg day

Exercising to the point of injury is counterproductive! Easy trap to fall into but the normal distribution curve between eustress and distress is separated by a VERY thin line. Way to get after it but don’t fundamentally wreck yourself in the pursuit of improving your quality of life

Yes the temptation of the big butt was too much. Sistas were following my big ass down the street

Anything for the sistas

Play some Tennis Ray. Great leg workout. Size without mobility is the giant easily knocked over by the wind.

Have you ever heard of breathe squats? One 20 rep set twice a week. Increase the weight 5-10lbs each time. I did it for 4 months and by the end I put on 25lbs in my lower body and hit new PRs every week during the last month.
