The only thing that matters is if they HODL or Sell the Bitcoins they stacked.

If they continue stacking that's bar none a win for El Salvador, get the fiat loans & HODL.

A lot of plebs are doing this in various ways.

it seems like Bitcoin as a SoV will be fine, they appear to be targeting Bitcoin as a MoE

to get the most out of Bitcoin, we need to support both
