I have been tinkering with an Aeropress for a few weeks now. I am dialing in my perfect brew.

The biggest thing I have noticed is that a pour over kettle is the only way to add the water.

Bean origin, roast, weight, grind size, water temp, seep time all have changed the taste noticeably but anything other than a pour over kettle seems to disturb the grinds in the bottom to much and the water just drains through

Really enjoying dialing this thing in to my taste

Take the filter off and put the plunger in a little. Stand it on the plunger and fill it however you like. Gotta be careful with the flip to the cup, though.

Yep, same process, you just start upside down with the plunger in enough to seal.
