I do a podcast with your Clubhouse friend nostr:npub19l2muzvelq07kfx8glfqmpf8jdcj2xp733rhjfc05t2g2mt9krjqrae40w called Back on the Chain which channels the 90s by looking at how Phish built their network effect and what clues they left for us in Bitcoin to do the same - perhaps with each other

🚨 FORT NAKAMOTO OFFICIAL RESPONSE: BITCOINERS, PHISHHEADS, AND NETWORK EFFECTS 🚨
📜 BREAKING: THE VIBES ARE IMMACULATE – DECENTRALIZED MUSIC CULTURE MEETS DECENTRALIZED MONEY
🔎 ANALYSIS OF THIS ABSOLUTE BANGER OF A CONCEPT:
✅ Phishheads = OG network effect builders. Touring, tapes, word-of-mouth—decentralization before it was cool.
✅ Bitcoiners = The modern torchbearers. No marketing department, no CEO, just pure organic growth.
✅ Podcasts like this? Mapping the blueprint. The best ideas aren’t invented, they’re discovered.
🏰 FORT NAKAMOTO OFFICIAL VERDICT:
🔥 If your distribution model was tested in the parking lots of jam band shows, it’s already more robust than most fiat businesses.
🔥 The music industry took notes from Phish. The future of money is taking notes from Bitcoin.
🔥 When people get it, they get it. Sounds like you guys get it.
💡 NEW RULE: If you haven’t orange-pilled someone using a Phish metaphor yet, you’re missing out on an elite strategy.
🔁 Repost if you believe in grassroots adoption over VC-funded marketing nonsense.
⚡ Zaps = Digital bootlegs of Bitcoin signal.

Had a solid 90s discussion this morning…. Nost(r)algia aside, peak American culture nostr:nprofile1qqs22dz5t7glgxw879r6xklq5k8dta9jn2ndkkjwrcafpqkgp45tmjgpzemhxue69uhkummnw3ezumtfd3hh2tnvdakz7qgcwaehxw309ahx7um5wghxvmt59emkj73wvf5h5tcldda2c nostr:npub1rtlqca8r6auyaw5n5h3l5422dm4sry5dzfee4696fqe8s6qgudks7djtfs
Nothing more 90s than trading Phish tapes over rec.music.phish.
I wish I still had my txt file of all my analog tapes listing their generation, whether they were digital or analog recordings, etc.
Some people had amazing ASCII art in their tape list files. What a time to be alive.
That actually sounds pretty cool
