Some days are simply going to be hard. We will have all the thoughts and feelings continuously running through our minds that simply don’t want to go away.

It doesn’t mean anything has gone wrong. Our minds are simply trying to protect us.

Realize on these days that much of this is just our thoughts and our minds trying to protect us.

The most important thing is how we treat ourselves when we’re going through these days.
