I would suggest you browse the users followed by your favorite accounts
that's how i've followed many accounts. what's your favourite?

I like rod for articles and interesting content, I like acdc for the music posts, I like realclownworld as well, I like fascinating foe it's daily post with amusing vanilla content, it will take you some time to curate your list and remove the noise.
and when you want noise, set the filter to global and scroll for few minutes to find good content posters or even better use tags in the search box with your interests, tags works well
