Not to curb yr enthusiasm, but this is a sunfish. All bone, no meat. We call it a pest, where I come from.

Yea. I know how to fish, but rarely get the chance or the desire.
Once, I picked a small frog for a bait and quite shortly pulled a bass-looking specimen (not sure what it was), 5x this fish, that we had for dinner.
