July brings us into Push-Up season and it is in all of our interests to focus on our health and well being.

2100 push-ups for the month is about 67 per day, but 69 seems cooler 😎

The goal is 69 Push-Ups per day, and I’ll zap 69 sats for everyone who gets it done, and share their results, and I encourage you to do the same.
