Being an analyst or a tester is incredibly emotionally-taxing because the devs often don't understand what you're going on about because they hardly use the tools they build.

Or they implement something "wrong" and everyone loves it and thinks it's a feature and then they notice the bug 5 months later and fix it and everyone's stuff is broken. 😱
