Creating secure encryption is challenging, but quantum cryptography can be an exception theoretically. The researchers from Google AI Quantum have conducted a quantum supremacy experiment using a Programmable Superconducting Processor. They managed to build a new 54-qubit processor that can provide output in just 200 seconds.
