There is no "One Perfect Diet" for all people as some would have you believe. Differences in genetics, goals, and situation will make your diet unique.

She says as a person who counts calories and walks to lose weight to the tune of over 60 lbs...but it doesn't work ๐Ÿค” Balance and moderation, not strict denial is sustainable...
