That's a very good point, thank you! I have just this and maybe few other things in plastic wrap, it doesn't feel alright to store food in plastic at all. Please, spread this information, I will from now on as well. I turned to mylar bags, but still keep packed stuff in vacuum sealed plastic bags (like flour still in paper bag, but extra wrapped in plastic.) Do you think it's ok for longer like this?
What do you think about long term storages in classic can? Is that ok as far as the contact with the food goes? I'm also quite afraid of botulism, did my research around it and will also tell everyone, but there's suprisingly not much to be found online😳
