Depending on the application you are using it might have a delete button, but it won't guarantee your post is deleted. The Nostr network is run on relays so despite your post being deleted off one relay it might have been copied to other relays.

Best to stay anonymous on this platform. Post not about you, but about your interests and your likes. Also no algorithms so the focus isn't about getting likes but posting in a none distorted environment.
