I want to set up a new nostr identity on desktop. Is there a signer comparable to Amber but for desktop? Which nostr client works best on desktop? Any other recommendations for nostr desktop apps I should check out?

I've always suggested using web clients with nos2x or nos2x-fox as the signer 🤙
