It's just a breathing technique that I kind of started doing mainly because I wanted to increase my own lung capacity. There's a lot of mixed information out there. Some people say the breathing method is dangerous. Other people say it has lots of benefits. I like it so far so I'm going to keep doing it.

It's also pretty calming. I did a two-round session yesterday when I was pretty stressed out and whether it was just because I closed my eyes and breathed for a little while or if this actually had something to do with the breathing techniques itself, it definitely helped my stress levels.
