Scoop: Judge grants delay of Tornado Cash trial

Arresting software developers for building software is absurd. The good news for Tornado Cash – and by extension Samourai Wallet - is that the judge does not seem convinced on the US Government's argumentation.

Completely separate case unfortunately. Sterlingov is accused of having operated a custodial mixer, which has always fallen under KYC/AML/CFT law.

I know it’s a separate case but is there any update on it? An appeal or something?
