Step 1. Get “hacked.”

Step 2. Don’t pay physicians, or practices the funds that you owe citing the aforementioned “hack” as the reason.

Step 3. Wait until soaring overhead costs, decreasing reimbursements, and inflation start to break the backs of small independent practices.

Step 4. Set up a loan program geared to offering loans (with fat interest payments) to the practices you still haven’t paid so they can secure funds to stay afloat.

Step 5. Profit.

Wow, that really sucks. I think it's a lot more relaxed to run a private practice in Mexico, at least I haven't had any problems.
