The mix: Cottage cheese, basil , Parmesan, garlic salt ... Mix in bowl ..

The zucchini you cut into strips bake @375 for a few minutes to make it flexible.

Get a glass dish lay the strips down fill and roll like a medallion... Then top with cheese to lock in .

Sometimes things found online aren’t always a hit. I’ve learned that quite a few times and was disappointed. I try to find the tried and true recipes that are phenomenal.

The real question is how could so many like a recipe that doesn’t actually taste good?! 🤨 I followed the recipes to a tee.. some were fantastic while others should have never been posted. 🫣
