I'll stick with repurposed used gear.
I went from a 5k monitor to a 4k and the difference is very noticeable. I bet 8k is amazing.
But, once you use a 4k for a while, it’s hard to know what you’re missing.
It’s kind of like going from Spatial Audio to stereo
Can easily work! I used to use a 48" LG OLED TV. Still would but upgraded the hz on the monitor! Was fantastic desktop experience even if very very large 😂 - I just increased text size by 150% I think and never had an issue squinting etc.
I'm still using a single 1440p display 🫤
Feels like some software like DisplayFusion would be a essential.
Read into it some more and apparently there’s no affordable oled 8k 😔
