Whenever you see that a company has broken the law do you assume the company did something wrong?

Law agencies and governments have done their job well to tell people that the law is always right and any infraction against it always wrong.

But what if the law is corrupt and abusive to the private company or citizen? Aren’t they well within their right to stand up to oppression and exploitation?
