Still can't figure out how to use folders though 😅 
It was nostr:npub137c5pd8gmhhe0njtsgwjgunc5xjr2vmzvglkgqs5sjeh972gqqxqjak37w that added the new account functionality, including drag and drop.
For folders, create the folder you want. Check box the items you want to add to the folder. Double-click on the folder you want to move them to!

I guess it’s worth mentioning this somewhere. Maybe whenever a new folder is created, you could put this message up until someone adds a file inside.
