An alternatively location I was scouting has a walk in fridge/freezer that I was considering just for this. But the sq/ft is only 2600. Compared to current place I’m scouting with 8k+ sq/ft.
About 500k price difference too.
I saw a youtube vid of a store that was entirely self service that had a bunch of retail fridges and freezers
