Having a spot where I can pick up all my locally sourced foods (beef, eggs, honey, milk) all at one spot, and to grab as much or as little as I want, would be amazing

An alternatively location I was scouting has a walk in fridge/freezer that I was considering just for this. But the sq/ft is only 2600. Compared to current place I’m scouting with 8k+ sq/ft.

About 500k price difference too.
