If you joined a membership club for $25/month, what would you expect the benefits to be?

Imagine a smaller event venue with some offices available and a children's play room. Cafeteria/kitchen available too. Perhaps some classroom type setups for adult education or homeschool uses. Maybe it's a pick up spot for your CSA/farm share/beef share. Big enough for company off-site events.

Is this of interest at all? Thoughts?
