better management of lists / feeds / filters and groups of content generally.

feels like this can be a huge strength of nostr to really make this configurable by the user

at a minimum i'd like to be able to directly add an npub to a feed or list without going via listr.lol or something

can imagine doing that with more sophisticated searches / filters
