The email-style format is incompatible with BlueWallet. Better off using the actual LNURL string.

Didn’t we try this yesterday and it worked and unused email format instead of raw lnurl string
For me it was the opposite that worked. My default is BlueWallet, which can only recognize the raw LNURL. This is why having a common set of standards is important.

Mentioned to use email format yesterday but I may be wrong on that.
We also have to think that maybe some routing issues could also be a restriction to send/revive sats.
