gotta be patient with this stuff... making the tasty char is one thing but the insides need a little time to mature

the garlic and salt really make this thing zing, i am in bliss chewing at this quite chewy stuff, i'm sure it's good for my teeth as it is for my nose and for my body after it is absorbed
the neighbour cat just appeared to see if there was any leftovers to scrounge, so i brought a little tasty piece and placed it in front of him and then stepped back and let him at it
