So she’d rather have nothing over anything under 30%? I understand servers don’t get paid and live off tips but if you aren’t satisfied then maybe find another job🤷♂️

If 30% is the minimum then it’s not a tip it’s a cover charge. At that point just put it on the menu price and stop the guessing game
Exactly. I tip based on service. If you’re doing an outstanding job then I’m more than happy to tip you. If I only saw you once then what am I tipping you for exactly?
