Outta control as often they shit, miserable and avoid eye contact

30%?

No. If I get expected levels of service 15% is the norm. it has been for a while. Exceptional service warrant a larger tip. Poor Service gets less. But if I saw this sign, I would eat gas station food before patronizing the establishment.

So she’d rather have nothing over anything under 30%? I understand servers don’t get paid and live off tips but if you aren’t satisfied then maybe find another job🤷‍♂️

If 30% is the minimum then it’s not a tip it’s a cover charge. At that point just put it on the menu price and stop the guessing game

Exceptional service or

what people

I typically tip in the 20-23% range simply because I lazily round up to the nearest 5. In the example I’d make it $120 but if I saw this, id tip less.

Entitled fucks.
