Get *<"(>;- married to a woman who will bear you 3+ kids. Then start having those kids immediately. The world is on fire, but, the future needs men and women who will raise them to see through the BS and actively build a better future devoid of all the Fiat nonsense that's actively destroying the world.
Stop eating sugar. Corollary: at the very least, don't get fat.
Build real, hard skills. If you can't fix your stuff, you will be left wanting. This includes: basic carpentry, electronics repair, motor vehicle maintenance, welding, cooking, gardening. Corollary: read acquired books on all of this/have books on hand/buy/acquire the tools to do all this now while they are available.
Realize that even with the propoganda, BTC is only a very small tool in a much wider world of freedom tech. Learn privacy protection techniques, invest the time and fiat to host your own electronics infrastructure. Learn to value liberty and temper liberty with:
Community. You cannot do everything on your own. Cultivate community. Invest time in helping the carefully selected members of said community. Young men often don't realize this until its too late. Loneliness is what kills men. You start with a good woman and then children, but, men need to have a bigger vision of the future, and bring part of a like-minded community will keep you alive and motivated more than you can possibly imagine.
Kill your ego. Realize that only through self-discipline and the burden of responsibility will you grow into the shape of a man that is all you can be.
Each one of these points is based on my own regrets. Don't be me. Don't have to work extra hard at this point in your life just to get back to zero. Move the needle, now. Yes, it's overwhelming, but, it is often said that people overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in ten. You DO have time. You CAN make the world a better place by living an intentional life to be a good man to a good woman, to raise curious and brilliant children, to be part of and grow a community that has unshakable values.
