Where I’m from we call it “maintaining”

“Hey what are you up to?”

“Maintaining.”

It means to sit, relax, hang out and chill. Could be after a meal, workout, night out.

In Uni we thought of making a bunch of velour tracksuits with the brand name “Maintaining”. Stretchy waist band, soft, etc. 😂.
