I also usually make salad mixed with carrot, olive oil, lemon ana paprika but you can also make dolma which means that you boil the leaves and roll them stuffed with rice and mincemeat served with lemon sauce. It's the same as with vine leaves but different rolling leaf. Here is a pictured from the internet but with white cabbage
