Man I’d love to do the same. My wife would hate it. she’s still in a way blind to the new age slavery. Kids wouldn’t be too thrilled either.
If I could acquire enough land to move a few families from our secondary family out there then it’d be much more feasible.

I see it as we must be doing our job well in turn creates a vail to the real world problems for them.
So how do we slowly lift the veil?
Cant rip it off...it will be to bright and they will fight it. Cant leave them under there forever...that would be wrong.

I’m just slowly introducing the concept of true freedom. Maybe try putting some different things in perspective.
Ask, if you didn’t have to work for this employer, what would you do and why?
The kids I’m really focusing on independence. Making sure they hold up their end of the ship. Teaching them that everyone has a roll in the house and that mom and dad can’t do it all. When they do their duties, there’s a lot less yelling and poor attitudes in the house.
