Yep. They realised a lot of the public sector won't stomach higher rate income tax rises as they earn well.
So to capital it is. ISAs will started having limits (size and withdrawals) applied a la pensions and those limits will be stretched.
Then full on wealth tax topped with an exit tax cherry.
All within a decade I think.
