I was going to start going to church today but I'm too sick to want to leave my apartment today.

Do you have a church to attend regularly? All the very local ones to me are exceptionally woke.
There are no woke churches in my town. I was going to try a different one every Sunday for the next few weeks and see which one hits the best.
Pray for guidance and discernment before you attend.
That's great you don't have any overtly woke churches, but... That doesn't mean that it isn't present. So, I counsel being on your guard.
Praying that you recover quickly & you find a church that you can belong to. Follow your instincts, you have them for a reason!
Jesus gave us instructions on how to watch out for false prophets:
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them
When looking for a church I suggest:
Is it growing?
What's their doctrine?
Where is their focus - Jesus or money?
How do they greet you?
Do they look happy & at peace?
The answers are for you to appraise.
