Have you really considered what the END state of vibe coding looks like? I mean.. really considered it down the road, what happens when it's so trivial to make anything that nobody cares anymore about anything anyone makes?

'dead internet theory'
My thoughts exactly; more and more.
Only recently came across this (coined; 2016), but it exactly describes what I'd previously described to my partner of 'how they'll conduct the world's first AI created, managed, covertly, genocide. Some estimate we're a billion down already (but ... who notices when ... the bots continue their 'life' online?). :/
"they will use biological weapons on citizens and students who oppose or seek to expose the orders human cannibal operations." http://formerfreemasons.com/?page_id=223 #covid #cannibalism
There probably won’t even be distinct apps, necessarily. We’ll just ask our AI what we need, and it will generate the code to make it happen.
Yeah, we get dialects based on what industry we work in rather than what country we come from.
Value for Value.
No value, people don't care.
I am primary backend so nobody cares already 😁

The past 10-15 years have seen this happen to photography. Hardly anyone cares about the final image anymore.
Pretty sure it means that protocols win though, rather than the apps or platforms on top.
People will care about the utility and value that something brings to their life, doesn't matter rather how it was made. So it's not about how you can do cool things anymore since anyone will be able to do them (besides artistic value) but rather if it fills a need in the market.
I feel the same way about most of the music these days....
My take: it ups the bar, but it doesn't mean the end of discernment and differentiation. Great taste, good instincts… these things still matter and will.
People care about stuff people make now? News to me.
We are fully in a hyper reality and AI is just making it more obvious to people. At a certain point we might actually have to talk about it. Whatever accelerates us to that point I'm in favor of.
Already there. Everyone will have their own app, that constantly mutates and caters to them. They will use "seeds" or "starters" and argue about how the 415th generation of ClientX is better than then 590th generation
