I took a spill today, slipped on some steps leading out of the house, freshly slippery from a bug spray application as we were heading out for a Father’s Day at the park after getting the Sun screen applied. I fell on the steps bruised up my back pretty bad and couldn’t get back up , stabbing pain middle and lower left back where I landed. Had to call our local EMTs to take me to the hospital. X-rays were clear, on meds now, pain is muted just taking things slow for the next few days. Blessed I didn’t hit my head or land on my spine.
